St. Louis Bar & Grill’s Wingsanity Returns: Tips from Executive Chef Matthew Sullivan

Toronto – The summer season is heating up, and so is the excitement at St. Louis Bar & Grill with the much-anticipated return of their Wingsanity all-you-can-eat wings promotion. From May 28 through July 7, wing lovers can indulge in endless wings for just $23.99, starting with a pound served with fries, and switching up flavors with each additional pound.

To ensure guests make the most of this wing extravaganza, St. Louis’ new executive chef, Matthew Sullivan, is sharing his expert tips. Chef Sullivan, a Chopped Canada Champion and Top Chef Canada fan-favorite, joined St. Louis Bar & Grill at the end of 2023 and brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the kitchen.

Chef Sullivan’s Tips for Wingsanity:

Managing “Wing-xiety” for Different Occasions:

First Date:

  • Skip the Honey Garlic (or not, depending on the date’s progress) and try a spicy-sweet combo like Hot Honey to add a spark.
  • Sharing is caring—mix and match orders to explore more flavors together.

Business Meeting:

  • Boneless wings are a tidy option for enjoying sauces without the mess.
  • For bone-in wings, consider a dusted option like Garlic Parm for a sophisticated touch.

Hanging with Vegetarians:

  • St. Louis offers plant-based wings and various vegetarian starters, such as Fried Dill Pickles and Hand-Tossed Dill Pickle Crispers.

Create Your Own ‘Secret Menu’:

  • Experiment with primary and side sauces to elevate your Wingsanity experience. Try pairing Buffalo sauce with creamy Caesar and lime, or Chef Sullivan’s favorite: Sweet Asian with Garlic Dill.

Get Game-Day Ready:

  • Eat lightly during the day to save room for wings.
  • Warm up your eating muscles with finger exercises and bicep curls.
  • For fitness enthusiasts, Wingsanity can be a fun way to work on grip strength and protein intake.

Chef Sullivan’s addition to the St. Louis team promises to bring innovative approaches and refined flavors to the menu, delighting guests and enhancing their dining experience.

“We are delighted to welcome Chef Sullivan into the St. Louis family,” says Royal Nasager, Vice President of Marketing. “His impressive industry experience and innovative approach to food will complement our existing menu and enhance the experience for our guests.”
