Designed by the acclaimed Toronto-based Studio Munge, the venue will feature a blend of Japanese-inspired aesthetics and Canadian craftsmanship. Spanning 10,000 square feet, the restaurant will offer a total of 278 seats, distributed across several distinct areas.
Key Features of Nobu Toronto

- Mezzanine Level Sake Bar and Outdoor Terrace: Upstairs, guests will find a 20-seat sake bar and an intimate terrace reminiscent of serene urban Japanese gardens. The mezzanine level design draws inspiration from the iconic Japanese artwork “The Great Wave off Kanagawa,” creating a harmonious blue and white color palette.

- Private Dining Room: A discreet 20-seat private dining room, enclosed within bronze-tinted glass panels, provides a unique vantage point over the ground level bar.
