HUGO Unveils HUGO BLUE Line at Hudson’s Bay with Immersive Launch Event

Toronto – Fashion enthusiasts in Toronto were treated to an electrifying experience as HUGO, the renowned fashion brand, unveiled its latest venture, the HUGO BLUE line, at select Hudson’s Bay locations across Canada, including Vancouver, Montreal, and right here in Toronto. The much-anticipated launch event took place at Hudson’s Bay Queen St. on April 18th, coinciding with Guys’ Night Out, and left attendees buzzing with excitement.

At the heart of the HUGO BLUE collection lies denim, showcased in an array of styles including jeans, skirts, jackets, trench coats, shirts, shorts, and more. The line exudes an effortless vibe, accentuated by slouchy, printed jersey staples and bold logo details. The color palette, predominantly themed in various shades of blue, along with black and white, adds to the line’s contemporary appeal.

Guests at the launch event were invited to immerse themselves in the world of HUGO BLUE through an interactive pop-up experience. Featuring inspiring product installations and entertainment, including a performance from Juno award-winning recording artist, Preston Pablo, the event captivated attendees and offered a glimpse into the brand’s ethos of individuality and attitude.

Liz Rodbell, President and CEO of Hudson’s Bay, expressed her excitement about the collaboration, stating, “We love launching new and exciting brands at Hudson’s Bay, especially through compelling event activations like this one. The pop-up, which will continue at Hudson’s Bay Queen St. for the remainder of Spring before moving to Hudson’s Bay Yorkdale, offers a fresh space to explore HUGO’s offerings. While HUGO BLUE focuses on denim and gender-neutral styles, the main line continues to emphasize elevated casual wear and contemporary tailoring, providing customers with a diverse range of options to express their personal style.

The Summer 2024 collections from HUGO BLUE are now available to shop in-store at select Hudson’s Bay locations and online at TheBay.com/content/hugo.
