JACKALOPE Action Sports Festival to Thrill Mississauga Residents This Summer
Mississauga, ON – Get ready for an adrenaline-packed weekend as the JACKALOPE Action Sports Festival makes its debut in Mississauga from July 12 to 14, 2024. Hosted by Visit Mississauga in partnership with TRIBU, this three-day extravaganza promises thrills, spills, and non-stop excitement for attendees of all ages.
For the first time ever in Ontario, action sports enthusiasts will converge at Mississauga Celebration Square and Square One Shopping Centre to witness the best in skateboarding, bouldering, break dancing, and freestyle motocross. With live entertainment, delectable food options, and a vibrant pop-up marketplace, JACKALOPE Mississauga is set to become a highlight of the summer calendar.

Victoria Clarke, CEO of Visit Mississauga, expressed her excitement about bringing this dynamic event to the city. “Mississauga – you won’t want to miss this exciting spectacle. Attendees will have the chance to witness talented athletes compete in vert and street skateboarding, bouldering, breaking, BMX exhibitions, and freestyle motocross. Additionally, the festival will feature freestyle skate demonstrations, live DJs, music performances, food trucks, and much more.
Micah Desforges, founding president of TRIBU and promoter of the JACKALOPE Series, expressed his enthusiasm about expanding the event to Ontario. “We’re delighted to be able to bring JACKALOPE to more Canadians. Our event is very popular in North America, and we’re very proud to bring it to Ontario. I hope Mississauga is ready for the excitement.”
