Boston Pizza and Nintendo Team Up to Bring Mario Magic Across Canada

TORONTO – Boston Pizza has announced an exciting collaboration with Nintendo, promising a summer filled with Mario-themed adventures for families nationwide. From July 2 to September 30, 2024, guests at Boston Pizza locations across Canada can enjoy an array of new experiences, including a specially crafted Power-Up Mushroom & Pepperoni Pizza on the kids’ menu.

“Following a successful first year partnering with one of the world’s premier entertainment brands, we knew we wanted to bring more Mario fun to Boston Pizza guests,” said James Kawalecki, Vice President Marketing, Boston Pizza International. “As the leader of family dining occasions, we continually seek to enhance the kids experience and this collaboration does just that.”

As part of the festivities, select Boston Pizza restaurants in major cities and new locations in Manitoba will host Nintendo Switch Fun Sundays every Sunday in September. Families dining in these designated areas will have the opportunity to enjoy a Nintendo Switch system and popular Mario games during their meal.

To extend the excitement beyond the restaurant, Boston Pizza is hosting a contest where Canadians can win one of 25 prize packs, each including a Nintendo Switch – OLED Model system and three selected Mario games. Additional winners will receive Nintendo branded merchandise valued at $250 CAD. Winners will be selected on October 1, 2024, with full contest details available on BostonPizza.com.
