Key Features of the New System
The new platform brings several improved self-serve options for users, such as:
- Signing in using an email and password of their choice
- Registering for programs from a personalized wish list
- Transferring or withdrawing from activities online

Upcoming Information Sessions
To help residents get familiar with the system, the City will offer virtual information sessions, where users can watch demonstrations and ask questions. The sessions are scheduled as follows:
- Saturday, October 26, from 1 to 2 p.m.
- Monday, October 28, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 29, from 7 to 8 p.m.
- Sunday, November 3, from 1 to 2 p.m.
Residents can sign up for these sessions via the City’s online registration webpage at toronto.ca/OnlineReg.
Transition to the New System
Residents are encouraged to take action before the transition period. By October 31, users should log in to the existing eFun system to download or print receipts for current programs and make note of their current registration details.
From November 1 to 5, the eFun system will be taken offline for the transition to the new system. While programs will continue as scheduled, users won’t be able to access eFun during this period and are asked to show their membership or pass upon arrival for activities.
Looking Ahead
Starting November 13, users will be able to search for winter recreation programs and create personalized wish lists. This includes programs like Holiday CampTO, PA Day CampTO, December holiday events, March Break CampTO, and Aquatic Leadership programs. By December 3, residents should ensure their new accounts are set up ahead of the registration period, which begins on December 3 and 4 at 7 a.m. each day.
