Toronto Residents Invited to Provide Input on 2025 Budget
TORONTO – The City of Toronto is inviting residents to participate in shaping its 2025 Budget through public meetings and a telephone town hall this week.
Speak to the Budget Committee
Residents can share feedback with the Budget Committee in person or by video conference on Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22. Public meetings will be held at:
- Tuesday, January 21:
- Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen St. W.
- Scarborough Civic Centre, 150 Borough Dr.
- Wednesday, January 22:
- Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall
- North York Civic Centre, 5100 Yonge St.
Sessions run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., and 6 p.m. onwards. Registered speakers will have up to five minutes to address the committee. Meetings will also be livestreamed on the City Council YouTube channel.

Telephone Town Hall
A final telephone town hall will take place on Thursday, January 23, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Mayor Olivia Chow and Budget Committee Chair Councillor Shelley Carroll will host the event.
