Toronto FC’s offensive struggles were evident, as they failed to capitalize on opportunities from Ola Brynhildsen, Jonathan Osorio, Maxime Dominguez, and Lorenzo Insigne. The team has now managed only one win in their last seven matches.
Head Coach Robin Fraser made several lineup changes in an attempt to reverse the team’s fortunes, including introducing Richie Laryea in the 77th minute. However, the adjustments failed to yield a positive result.
Toronto FC will look to regroup during the upcoming international break before facing Los Angeles FC on June 14.
