City of Toronto Releases Fall Recreation Listings with Thousands of Programs to Explore

From sports and skating to arts and fitness, residents of all ages can now browse the City’s fall 2025 program listings and prepare for upcoming registration.

TORONTO — The City of Toronto has officially published its fall recreation activity listings, giving residents across the city the chance to register for a wide range of programs launching this October. With more than 16,700 courses and 151,000 available program spaces, the City remains the largest provider of recreational opportunities in Toronto for people of all ages and interests.

Registration opens in September, with specific dates assigned based on program type and location. Early registration begins September 9 at select locations, with most area-specific registrations happening between September 15 and 17.

Fall Registration Schedule

  • Tuesday, September 9 at 7 a.m. – Early local registration at six select locations: toronto.ca/EarlyReg

  • Monday, September 15 at 10 a.m. – Older adult program registration

  • Tuesday, September 16 at 7 a.m. – Etobicoke and Toronto East York

  • Wednesday, September 17 at 7 a.m. – North York and Scarborough

  • Saturday, October 4 – Fall programming officially begins

Registration Made Easier with New System

The City is using its updated online registration platform for all fall 2025 programs. Anyone who previously had an account under the old system will need to create a new one in order to register or book facilities. Details and account setup can be completed at toronto.ca/OnlineReg.

Virtual Help Sessions Available

To help residents prepare for registration day, the City is hosting free online information sessions that walk users through the new system. The sessions include guidance on account creation, browsing programs, making a wish list, and checking out successfully.

  • Wednesday, August 27 – 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday, September 3 – 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday, September 10 – 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
