City of Toronto Issues 2025 Final Property Tax Bills
TORONTO – The City of Toronto has begun mailing the 2025 final property tax bills, marking the second of two annual billing cycles. The payments fund more than 150 essential City services including affordability programs, transportation, public safety, and community services.
Property taxes help support the City’s $18.8 billion operating budget and the historic $59.6 billion 10-year capital plan, which prioritizes critical infrastructure repairs and climate action projects.
“Property taxes are a vital part of ensuring Toronto continues to operate smoothly and deliver the services that residents depend on every day,” said City officials.
