Tomorrowland Confirms First-Ever Asian Festival in Thailand for December 2026

Tomorrowland Thailand 2026 will mark the iconic festival’s first Asian edition, bringing its world-renowned electronic music experience to Pattaya this December.

Thailand is set to host one of the world’s most recognizable music festivals for the first time, as Tomorrowland officially confirmed its expansion into Asia with Tomorrowland Thailand, scheduled for December 11–13, 2026.

The landmark announcement confirms a formal partnership between Tomorrowland’s organizers and the Thai government, including the Tourism Authority of Thailand, marking a major milestone in Thailand’s strategy to position itself as a global destination for large-scale cultural and creative events.

Pattaya Selected as Host Destination

Tomorrowland Thailand will take place at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya, located in the Khao Mai Kaew area of Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The 237-acre site has been selected to accommodate the festival’s signature large-format staging and immersive storytelling. Organizers confirmed the event will welcome more than 50,000 attendees per day across the three-day festival.

For the first time in Asia, Tomorrowland’s iconic CORE and Freedom stages will be featured, alongside newly designed stages and experiences created specifically for the Thai edition.

Economic and Tourism Impact

Festival organizers and Thai officials highlighted the expected economic benefits of hosting Tomorrowland, citing increased international tourism, hospitality demand, and growth across creative industries.

The Governor of the Tourism Authority of Thailand described the event as a significant step in elevating Thailand’s global cultural profile, noting that the festival will introduce international audiences to the country’s culture, hospitality, and destination appeal.

A New Chapter for Tomorrowland

The expansion into Thailand represents Tomorrowland’s first full-scale festival in Asia, adding to its existing events in Europe and South America. WEAREONE.world, the Belgian company behind Tomorrowland, confirmed that its core production teams are working closely with a dedicated local operation to deliver the same level of stage design, production quality, and storytelling that has defined the festival worldwide.

Bruno Vanwelsenaers, CEO of WEAREONE.world, said the move reflects a long-term vision for Tomorrowland in Asia, emphasizing collaboration, cultural respect, and the creation of a world-class experience rooted in its host country.

Global Attention on Thailand in 2026

With Tomorrowland Thailand now officially in development, Pattaya and the surrounding region are expected to draw global attention in late 2026, reinforcing Thailand’s growing reputation as a hub for major international events.

More details, including artist lineups and ticketing information, are expected to be released closer to the festival date.
