Tim Hortons Launches New Four Cheese Omelette Bites, Expanding High-Protein Breakfast Options

Toronto — Tim Hortons is heating up breakfast and snack menus with a new flavour in their popular Omelette Bites lineup: Four Cheese. Blending Gouda, mozzarella, and two types of cheddar, the Four Cheese Omelette Bites offer a high-protein option in a light and fluffy texture. Available as a pair, these Omelette Bites add a savory twist that is suitable as both a hearty breakfast and a quick afternoon snack.

In response to the popularity of the existing Omelette Bites flavours – Spinach & Egg White and Bacon & Cheese – Tim Hortons introduced the Four Cheese flavour to cater to guests seeking both taste and nutrition in a convenient format. Each pair of Four Cheese or Bacon & Cheese Omelette Bites contains 15 grams of protein, while a pair of Spinach & Egg White Omelette Bites provides 13 grams.

“We launched our Omelette Bites earlier this year, and they quickly became a go-to order for guests looking for a delicious and high-protein breakfast option,” said Carolina Berti, Vice President of Category and Innovation at Tim Hortons. “We’re excited to now be serving our new Four Cheese Omelette Bites, perfect for breakfast or as a satisfying afternoon snack.”

Tim Hortons, a brand deeply embedded in Canada’s food culture since 1964, operates nearly 4,000 restaurants across the country and over 5,700 locations globally. While best known for its coffee and donuts, Tim Hortons has expanded its menu in recent years to offer a range of breakfast and specialty items, catering to evolving guest preferences.
