The Distillery Winter Village Returns: Toronto’s Winter Wonderland
Toronto – The Distillery Historic District is once again transforming into a holiday haven, as it welcomes the return of Toronto’s much-loved Distillery Winter Village, presented by Christian Dior Parfums. Running from November 13, 2024, through to January 5, 2025, this year’s event promises a magical mix of immersive experiences, festive entertainment, and shopping, all set against the backdrop of the district’s historic charm.
A highlight of this year’s Winter Village is the unveiling of a 55-foot silver fir Christmas tree, designed by Christian Dior Parfums. “The Distillery Winter Village has become a cherished part of Toronto’s holiday season, attracting over 800,000 visitors annually,” said Rik Ocvirk, Vice President of The Distillery Restaurants Corp. and Director of Experiences and Events. “We’re proud to offer new immersive experiences, delicious food options, and dazzling holiday décor to everyone who visits.”
The official grand opening will take place on November 13 at 6:00 p.m., with Santa Claus illuminating the towering tree. Ticket sales from opening night will benefit local charities, including The Anishnawbe Health Foundation, Soulpepper Theatre, and The Toronto Star Santa Claus Fund.
