Taylor Swift-Themed Event Makes a Splash at Ripley’s Aquarium Ahead of Toronto Eras Tour Stops

TORONTO — Toronto’s excitement is building as Taylor Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour comes to town, and Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada is diving into the festivities with special themed activities. Dubbed “TAY-ronto” for the occasion, the aquarium will host unique Swiftie-inspired events from November 14 to 16 and November 21 to 23, offering an aquatic celebration of all things Taylor Swift.

Swift fans visiting Ripley’s Aquarium will find the venue transformed into an underwater tribute to the pop icon. Visitors are invited to experience a range of Eras-themed activities that blend Swift’s signature style with the aquarium’s mesmerizing exhibits.

Highlights of Ripley’s Swift-Themed Experience

Throughout the six-day event series, Ripley’s will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., hosting activities for fans of all ages. Among the unique offerings, the Friendship Bracelet Bead Stations will be available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., where guests can craft and exchange their own bracelets—a nod to a beloved Swiftie tradition.

For those looking to capture the perfect memory, Eras-themed photo ops will be set up around the aquarium. Visitors can show off their concert outfits at the Midnights-inspired backdrop or snap a photo with the underwater friendship bracelet display at Rainbow Reef.

Guests aged 19 and over can unwind in the Mirrorball Lounge, inspired by Swift’s iconic disco ball imagery. This 19+ lounge will offer a relaxed atmosphere for fans to recharge before the big concert.

Another highlight, Paint and Waves: The Taylor Era, invites visitors to create Swift-themed artwork on November 15 and 22, guided by an instructor who will bring Taylor’s distinct eras to life on canvas, adding a splash of underwater flair.

Visitors will also experience Ripley’s vibrant Bejeweled galleries and the captivating views of Dangerous Lagoon, where sharks, sawfish, and sea turtles glide above. Fans can stroll along the aquarium’s moving walkway with Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well” (10-minute version) as a fitting soundtrack for their underwater journey.

Swifties can enjoy a 25% discount on admission by purchasing tickets in person and sharing their favourite Taylor Swift album with Ripley’s team. The discount is available from November 14 to 24 for up to six tickets per group.
