Roserock Place Brings a New Era of Office Space to Toronto
TORONTO – Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd. has unveiled the transformation of 121 King Street West into Roserock Place, a revamped 540,000-square-foot office tower in Toronto’s financial district. Originally designed in 1984 by Dr. Arthur Lau, the building’s renovation introduces modern amenities and vibrant spaces while retaining its iconic pink granite facade. With direct access to the PATH system and close to St. Andrew and Union Stations, the location promises convenience for tenants.
Roserock Place sets itself apart with a concierge service, a dedicated tenant app, and monthly programs focused on health, wellness, and cultural experiences. The 22nd-floor lounge and social club, featuring a rooftop garden, bar, library, and sports simulator, aims to boost social interaction and productivity. The building also offers flexible “alonement” spaces, boardrooms, and high-tech conference areas.
Sustainability plays a key role, with a target to reduce energy use by 10% using the EcoTracker system, alongside eco-friendly features like drought-resistant rooftop plants and 2022 window replacements to enhance energy efficiency.
Max Rosenfeld, Crestpoint’s Executive Vice President, says the renovation aims to fill a gap in Toronto’s multi-tenant office market by combining hospitality-driven services with adaptable workspaces. As leasing activity grows, Roserock Place sets a new benchmark for downtown offices, emphasizing community, sustainability, and engagement.
