Queens Harbour Unveils ‘The White Garden,’ a Winter Installation Transforming Toronto’s Waterfront

The waterfront restaurant unveils a full-scale winter installation featuring suspended trees, seasonal dishes, and immersive décor running through January 31, 2026.

TORONTO — Queens Harbour is bringing an immersive winter experience to the city’s waterfront, unveiling The White Garden, a full-scale seasonal transformation now open to visitors through January 31, 2026.

The installation follows the venue’s successful summer activation and reimagines the restaurant’s rear garden space into a cold-weather retreat. According to Queens Harbour, more than 40 flocked trees have been suspended from the ceiling, accompanied by snow-dusted foliage, textured fur accents, enclaved flocked walls, and soft lighting to create a polished, storybook-like forest setting. The venue describes the design as an elevated interpretation of winter rather than traditional holiday décor.

Co-founders Ali Badreddine and Kevin Jazexhi said the intent was to offer guests an unexpected and transportive experience, emphasizing attention to detail in the design elements.

“The idea behind The White Garden was to create something unexpected – not just a holiday installation, but a reimagining of how winter looks and feels, infused with everything people love about Queens Harbour,” says Ali Badreddine, co-founder of Queens Harbour.

Alongside the visual transformation, Queens Harbour is introducing a seasonal menu themed to the activation. The offerings include Butternut Squash Agnolotti topped with sundried tomato and fried micro basil, an Australian Wagyu Skirt Steak served with chickpea tagine and whipped feta carrots, and a Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake coated in Ferrero glaze with praline mousse.

The beverage program features new cocktails and a zero-proof option inspired by winter flavours, including the Ferrero Rocher Espresso Martini, a Candy Cane Slush, and the non-alcoholic White Passion.

Nightly DJs will accompany the experience, adding to the venue’s goal of creating a lively, multi-sensory winter environment. As noted by co-founder Iris Jazexhi, the activation builds on Queens Harbour’s approach of continually enhancing the guest experience with large-scale concepts.

The White Garden is open daily at 245 Queens Quay W. Reservations are now available by phone or through Queens Harbour’s online booking platform. Additional information can be found on the venue’s official website and Instagram page.
