Prime Ministers Trudeau and De Croo Meet at 19th Sommet de la Francophonie in Paris

Paris, FranceOn Saturday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met with Belgium’s Prime Minister, Alexander De Croo, on the sidelines of the 19th Sommet de la Francophonie in Paris. The two leaders discussed several pressing geopolitical issues, reaffirming their commitment to key global concerns.

At the forefront of their discussions was the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Both leaders expressed their unwavering support for Ukraine in the face of Russia’s continued aggression, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a united front in the defense of Ukrainian sovereignty.
