Pizza Nova Introduces Cup & Char Pepperoni and Doppio Pepperoni Signature Pizza

TORONTO – Pizza Nova, a popular name in Ontario’s artisan pizza scene, has just announced a new addition to its menu: Cup & Char Pepperoni. The timing couldn’t be better, as the launch aligns with National Pepperoni Pizza Day, celebrated tomorrow, September 20. In tandem with the new topping, Pizza Nova will also roll out a new offering, the Doppio Pepperoni Signature Pizza.

Domenic Primucci, president of Pizza Nova, shared the motivation behind these menu enhancements: “We continue to explore ways to enhance our menu with ingredients that not only meet our high standards but also appeal to our customers. Cup & Char Pepperoni brings a new twist to one of our most popular toppings, offering a unique texture and taste while continuing to deliver on our Puro Promise.”

The Cup & Char Pepperoni offers a distinctive culinary experience, crisping and curling into cups as they bake, which creates a crunchy texture. This innovative topping will take center stage in the new Doppio Pepperoni Signature Pizza, which features both Cup & Char and classic pepperoni. Combined with Pizza Nova’s mozzarella and signature sauce, this pizza promises to deliver double the pepperoni flavour.

“Pepperoni has always been a fan favourite at Pizza Nova, and Cup & Char will be the perfect addition to our menu,” Primucci added. “I’m sure it will please the palates of our pepperoni lovers and pizza enthusiasts.”

The new items will be available at all Pizza Nova locations beginning September 20, 2024. Customers can enjoy them in-store or through various delivery and pickup options, including online orders and the Pizza Nova app.
