Pearsonlicious: Toronto Pearson Launches New Culinary Experience to Transform Airport Dining
Toronto – Toronto Pearson International Airport is turning travel dining into a destination experience this month with the launch of Pearsonlicious, a new culinary event inspired by the city’s beloved Winterlicious and Summerlicious programs. Running throughout November, the event features prix fixe menus crafted by renowned chefs at select airport restaurants, all under $40.
Top chefs Susur Lee of Lee Kitchen, Lynn Crawford of The Hearth, Massimo Capra of Boccone, and Roger Mooking of Twist headline this unique event, aiming to redefine what travelers can expect from airport cuisine. A total of 18 restaurants across Terminals 1 and 3 are offering three-course meals, delivering a diverse taste of Toronto’s culinary scene before passengers even leave the airport.
