TORONTO MUCHO Burrito is expanding its Modern Mexicana menu with a bold new plant-based option: Shiitake Carnitas. Crafted from slow-roasted shiitake mushrooms and a short list of natural, recognizable ingredients, the new addition replaces MUCHO’s previous plant-based crumble — delivering a richer, more authentic taste experience designed to satisfy both vegetarians and flexitarians alike.

The latest innovation reflects MUCHO Burrito’s ongoing commitment to culinary creativity and real food simplicity — values the brand calls Made-in-Casa, a philosophy that prioritizes freshness, flavour, and handcrafted preparation.

“We’re not trying to imitate meat.
