Building audiences, enriching experiences
By pairing customer service with new musical experiences, Music 311 serves a dual purpose: it builds new audiences for local talent and enhances the caller experience for residents.
The program also promotes chosen recordings on the City’s website, giving residents the chance to discover and learn more about the featured musicians.
“Music 311 connects our city’s exceptional talent with the daily lives of Mississauga residents,” City staff explained. “It’s a way to celebrate the creativity that defines our community while offering artists a meaningful platform.”
