The LEGO Group, in collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences, has unveiled its latest masterpiece: a 1497-piece LEGO set inspired by the 1975 summer blockbuster “JAWS.” This marks the first time the iconic film has been brought to life in LEGO form, making waves in the world of collectibles.
The new set features beloved characters Martin Brody, Matt Hooper, and Sam Quint, alongside the menacing great white shark that terrorized audiences nearly five decades ago. Attention to detail is at the heart of this set, with Chief Brody’s famous line, “You’re gonna need a bigger boat,” featured on a printed tile, adding a nostalgic touch for fans of the film.
A Cinematic Celebration
To celebrate the launch, LEGO and Universal have released “JAWS…in a Jiffy,” a playful 90-second mini-film that captures the essence of the classic movie.
