Intellino Launches AI-Powered Display to Bring Online Reviews Directly to Retail Storefronts
The platform, which debuted following a pilot program in Toronto, allows hospitality and retail businesses to showcase live Google ratings and AI-summarized customer reviews directly on exterior-facing digital displays. The goal is to convert existing online trust into real-world foot traffic at the point of decision—when potential customers are standing outside a store.
According to data shared by Intellino, participating pilot locations in Toronto recorded a 2 to 5 per cent increase in average daily foot traffic, with spikes reaching up to 17 per cent during high-volume events. The company says this performance outpaced traditional static window signage by leveraging customer reviews that already exist online but are typically invisible to passersby.
Addressing the “Reputation Gap”
Intellino positions Signamic as a response to what it calls a key inefficiency in modern commerce: strong digital reputations that fail to translate into physical visibility. While many small and mid-sized businesses accumulate thousands of positive online reviews, those endorsements remain confined to search platforms unless actively surfaced at the storefront level.
Signamic’s cloud-controlled system displays live ratings and curated review summaries in real time, ensuring that a brand’s online credibility is visible to pedestrians without requiring staff intervention or manual updates.
Built for Scale With a Zero-CapEx Model
Unlike traditional digital signage solutions that require upfront hardware investments, Signamic launches with a Zero Capital Expenditure (Zero-CapEx) subscription model. This structure is intended to lower adoption barriers for independent operators while also supporting rapid deployment across multi-location brands.

Signamic integrates several AI-driven features aimed at operational simplicity and brand safety. Automated content filtering ensures only high-impact, positive reviews are displayed, eliminating the need for manual moderation by store managers. Intellino also reports that dynamic digital displays attract significantly more attention than static signage, citing internal performance benchmarks.

Expansion Beyond Canada
Following its Toronto pilot, Intellino confirmed that Signamic is now being deployed more broadly across North America and the Middle East, signaling early international expansion for the Canadian-built platform.
