Toronto, ON — Freed Hotels & Resorts has announced its latest luxury venture, the Freed Blue Mountain, a master-designed development in Ontario’s scenic Blue Mountain Village. The Residences at Blue Mountain, a cornerstone of the project, will open for sales on November 16, 2024, offering a new standard in refined resort living within steps of the ski hills.

Nestled in the heart of the Village, the Residences at Blue Mountain will offer a range of suites from 350 to 1,350 square feet, meticulously crafted to balance elegance with functionality. Each unit is thoughtfully furnished by RH, promising a cohesive blend of sophistication and comfort. The development will offer exclusive amenities, including a rooftop pool with sweeping views of the village and ski slopes, a full-service fitness centre, multi-purpose rooms, ski and snowboard lockers, and underground parking. For residents, the project also integrates over 18,000 sq. ft. of new commercial and retail spaces, enhancing Blue Mountain’s appeal with a diverse mix of shopping and dining options.

“We’ve created a haven where contemporary design harmonizes with nature’s beauty,” said Peter Freed, Founder and CEO of Freed Hotels & Resorts. “Our goal is to offer a lifestyle beyond the everyday, inviting residents to experience unmatched luxury against the stunning backdrop of Blue Mountain.”

Designed by B+H Architects, the structure of the Residences at Blue Mountain is both modern and enduring, crafted to complement the natural landscape. DesignAgency has curated the interiors, infusing each of the 196 units with a sophisticated style meant to embody a high standard of luxury.

Corey Shepherd, President of Freed, highlighted the significance of the launch, stating, “This development is set to redefine luxury hotel living in the Blue Mountain area and marks a significant milestone in the continued success of Freed Hotels & Resorts.” Shepherd also noted the addition of Freed Golf and recent revitalization projects at Muskoka Bay, Horseshoe, and Deerhurst resorts, underscoring Freed’s continued innovation in hospitality and luxury real estate.
