Four Seasons to Open New Luxury Resort in Ajman, UAE by 2026
Beachfront resort in Al Zorah to feature villas, spa, fine dining, and eco-tourism near Dubai
TORONTO — Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced plans to expand its Middle East footprint with the launch of a luxury beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, in partnership with Al Zorah Development Company—a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International. The reimagined property, set to open in 2026, will become Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah and marks the brand’s first destination in the emirate.
The 97-key resort—featuring 23 private villas and 74 guest rooms and suites, all with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf—will undergo a full transformation to bring it up to Four Seasons’ global standards. Located just 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the new resort aims to combine city proximity with the tranquility of coastal nature reserves.
“It is an incredible opportunity to take the pristine, pre-established foundation of this property in Al Zorah and transform it into a one-of-a-kind luxury destination,” said George Saad, CEO of Al Zorah Development Company.
The resort will include a new spa, a 280-foot infinity pool, adults-only and family pools, a private beach, and expansive landscaped gardens. Families can look forward to Four Seasons’ Kids For All Seasons programming, while adventure seekers can explore nearby mangroves and marine biodiversity through diving excursions and eco-tours.
Dining venues will feature an all-day international restaurant, an Italian fine dining spot with sea views, and a beachfront bar and grill designed to showcase the region’s year-round warm climate. Business and private event facilities will also be available, including a grand ballroom and multiple meeting spaces.
This marks the latest addition to Four Seasons’ growing UAE portfolio, joining its properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and upcoming sites in Ras Al Khaimah.
