FIFA Fan Festival Toronto tickets available for free and premium experiences

TORONTO — Fans can now reserve tickets for the official FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto as the city prepares to host the FIFA World Cup 2026™ next summer.

The City of Toronto announced that both free general admission and premium ticket packages are now available for the 22-day festival, which will take place at Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway from June 11 to July 19, 2026.

Official Fan Destination for FIFA World Cup 2026™

FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto will serve as the city’s central gathering place during the tournament, offering fans large-screen match broadcasts, live entertainment, food and cultural programming throughout the competition.

The festival is scheduled to align with FIFA World Cup 2026™ match days, creating a public viewing and entertainment hub designed to celebrate Toronto’s multicultural identity as “The World in a City.”

Ticket Information and Entry Details

The City says:

  • Free and premium tickets are now available online
  • Fans can reserve up to four general admission tickets per transaction
  • Ticket barcodes will begin being distributed on May 15
  • General admission tickets do not allow re-entry after leaving the grounds
  • Premium packages include guaranteed access and enhanced experiences
  • Approximately 500 community-distributed tickets per day will be made available through local organizations

Officials are encouraging fans to reserve early due to limited daily capacity.

Festival to Feature Music, Food and Cultural Programming

In addition to live match screenings, FIFA Fan Festival™ Toronto will include concerts, performances and food experiences representing Toronto’s diverse communities.

The event is designed as an all-ages destination throughout the tournament period and is expected to attract both residents and international visitors.

Toronto Preparing for Historic FIFA World Cup Matches

Toronto will host six FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches, including:

  • The first-ever men’s FIFA World Cup™ match played on Canadian soil on June 12, 2026
  • A Round of 32 knockout match on July 2, 2026

According to a Deloitte Canada economic impact assessment released by FIFA in December 2024, the tournament could generate up to $940 million in economic output across the Greater Toronto Area and support more than 6,600 jobs.

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ begins in Mexico City on June 11 and concludes with the final in New York/New Jersey on July 19.
