Doughbox Unveils Limited-Time Peach Pizza in Canada

Niagara, ON — Doughbox, a rapidly expanding wood-fired fast-casual restaurant chain, has announced the launch of its new Peach Pizza, now available at all locations across Canada. This limited-time offering celebrates the peak of Canadian peach season with a distinctive twist on traditional pizza.

The Peach Pizza features locally grown, fire-roasted Canadian peaches, set atop a base of fresh Alfredo and pesto sauces. To elevate the flavor profile, the pizza is enhanced with a new La Bomba sauce, adding a hint of spice. It’s then finished with a blend of mozzarella and goat cheeses, roasted sweet peppers, and fresh arugula. The final touch is a balsamic glaze drizzled over eight peach wedges.

Tony Visca, CEO and co-founder of Doughbox, shared his enthusiasm for the new pizza, stating, “I’ve courted this pizza for a while now and words just fall short when it comes to describing its taste and texture. You’ve just got to try it to understand.”

The Peach Pizza’s origins trace back to experiments with peach recipes at Johnny Rocco’s Italian Grill, another establishment founded by Visca and partner Fern Colavecchia. The success of these early trials led to the decision to feature the Peach Pizza at Doughbox.

Available for $18.99, the 12-inch Peach Pizza (eight slices) can be enjoyed at any Doughbox location. This seasonal offering is expected to attract both peach enthusiasts and pizza lovers alike, bringing a fresh and flavorful option to the table this summer.
