Cypress Hill, De La Soul, and The Pharcyde to Light Up Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum

TORONTO – Old school meets iconic as three legendary hip-hop acts—Cypress Hill, De La Soul, and The Pharcyde—take over Coca-Cola Coliseum on Thursday, May 22, 2025 for the O CANADABIS 2025 Tour. For longtime hip-hop heads and new-school fans alike, this is more than a concert—it’s a celebration of rap history.

The Legacy of Legends

Cypress Hill, the pioneering Latino-American rap group from South Gate, California, broke barriers in the ’90s with their dark beats and blunt advocacy. With classics like Insane in the Brain, Hits from the Bong, and I Ain’t Goin’ Out Like That, they’ve etched themselves into hip-hop’s DNA. Expect their trademark hazy atmosphere, booming bass, and B-Real’s instantly recognizable vocal snarl.

Joining them are the innovators from De La Soul, now performing following the emotional 2023 return of their catalog to streaming platforms and in tribute to late member Trugoy the Dove. Their hits like Me Myself and I and Stakes Is High defined an era of conscious, alternative hip-hop that still resonates today.

And rounding out the night is The Pharcyde, whose quirky rhymes and laid-back vibe have earned them cult status. From Passin’ Me By to Runnin’, they continue to bring a distinct West Coast cool that bridges the past and present.

What Toronto Can Expect

This triple bill promises wall-to-wall nostalgia, lyrical excellence, and high-energy live sets that blend crowd participation with deep cuts and fan favourites. Coca-Cola Coliseum offers the perfect stage for a throwback tour of this magnitude—large enough for booming sound, yet intimate enough for real connection.

🎟 Tickets are available now via Ticketmaster and official vendors. Hip-hop history lands in Toronto May 22. Don’t miss it.
