CeraVe and NBA Announce Multiyear Partnership to Champion Skincare and Wellness Across Canada

Dermatologist-developed brand becomes the Official Skincare and Haircare Partner of the NBA, launching new community and youth wellness initiatives

TORONTO — The National Basketball Association (NBA) and CeraVe, Canada’s #1 dermatologist-recommended moisturizer brand, have announced a multiyear partnership that makes CeraVe the Official Skincare and Haircare Partner of the NBA. The collaboration will spotlight skin and scalp health through interactive fan experiences, community outreach, and content campaigns throughout the basketball season.

The partnership officially tips off during the 2025 NBA Canada Series presented by Bell, as the Denver Nuggets face the Toronto Raptors tonight at Rogers Arena in Vancouver. Fans can expect to see CeraVe integrated throughout NBA events including the Emirates NBA Cup, NBA All-Star, and NBA Summer League, as well as within NBA 2K26, extending the partnership into the gaming space.

Expanding Skincare Awareness Through Sports

The collaboration will see CeraVe and the NBA work together on content storytelling, fan engagement, and health education initiatives. CeraVe’s skincare and haircare lines will be featured through product activations and retail integrations across Canada, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to making dermatologist-developed care accessible to all.

“We are incredibly proud to announce CeraVe’s collaboration with the NBA — a partnership between two culturally anchored powerhouses that perfectly aligns with our belief in making effective, dermatologist-recommended care accessible to all,” said Julie Horil, General Manager of CeraVe Canada. “This endeavor extends far beyond offering products; it’s a commitment to sparking meaningful dialogue about skin and scalp health, ensuring broader access to dermatologists, and fostering a culture of holistic self-care that uplifts and supports the entire NBA family, both on and off the court.”

“This partnership reflects the NBA’s commitment to expanding its lifestyle and wellness offerings,” added Paolo Pastore, Vice President of Global Business Development at the NBA. “As our Official Skincare Partner, CeraVe brings trusted expertise and an innovative marketing approach that helps bring the NBA experience closer to fans wherever they are.”

Community Engagement: “Care For All”

As part of the partnership, CeraVe and the NBA will launch “Care For All”, a youth-focused community initiative that will host Jr. NBA clinics in Canada. Families attending these clinics will receive skin health education, dermatology screenings, product sampling, and access to dermatologist-led workshops — extending CeraVe’s mission of inclusive, science-backed skincare beyond the retail space.

The collaboration also builds on CeraVe’s “Head of CeraVe” campaign with 10-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis, expanding its reach through digital storytelling on NBA social channels and during major events throughout the 2025–26 season.
