Bud Light Presents: The Buckle Up Tour Featuring Owen Riegling Comes to GTA’s Small-Town Bars
Toronto – Country music enthusiasts across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) are gearing up for an exciting musical journey as Bud Light Canada announces the highly anticipated Buckle Up Tour. The tour, presented by Bud Light and powered by Live Nation Canada, promises an authentic country music experience with rising Canadian star Owen Riegling at the forefront.
Kicking off on May 6th, 2024, the Buckle Up Tour will traverse through small-town country bars in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario, including a few stops just outside the GTA. This initiative aims to reconnect country music with its grassroots origins, bringing back the charm of intimate live performances to local communities.
Owen Riegling, hailing from Mildmay, Ontario, embodies the spirit of this tour. Starting his career playing in hometown bars, Riegling’s remarkable journey has seen him ascend through the ranks, earning accolades such as the 2022 Emerging Artist Showcase at the Canadian country music festival Boots & Hearts. Now, Riegling is poised to captivate audiences on a national scale, with the Buckle Up Tour marking a significant milestone in his burgeoning career.
Expressing his excitement, Riegling shared, “It’s a dream come true to have Bud Light Canada be a part of this experience and supporting the country music scene. I can’t wait to visit small-town bars across the country – including my hometown of Mildmay – playing free shows to fans and hopefully finding some new fans along the way.”

The tour, spanning 12 stops throughout May, will feature a unique opening performance by local musicians at each venue. Free tickets for each show will be available starting April 12, 2024, at BuckleUpTour.ca, with a limit of two tickets per customer. Additionally, a limited number of free tickets will be available at the door on the night of each show, subject to venue capacity.
