Beaches Jazz Festival Returns to Toronto’s East End This July
TORONTO – The 37th Annual Beaches Jazz Festival is set to return this summer, bringing an electrifying lineup of performances to Toronto’s East End from July 4 to 27, 2025. As one of Canada’s most diverse and inclusive music festivals, the event is expected to attract more than 800,000 visitors, offering a major boost to the local economy and providing a platform for homegrown musical talent.
The month-long festival will transform Woodbine Park, Jimmie Simpson Park, and Queen Street East into a vibrant musical showcase featuring hundreds of musicians across a variety of genres, including jazz, R&B, salsa, house, rock, and ska.
“The Beaches Jazz Festival is a Canadian-founded not-for-profit organization and an annual tradition for all generations that champions homegrown talent and builds community,” said Lido Chilelli, Founder of the Beaches Jazz Festival. “It drives millions of dollars into the local economy while offering brands—big and small—a high-impact platform to connect with audiences.”
According to a recent Canadian Live Music Association report, Canada’s live music sector contributes $10.92 billion to GDP and supports more than 100,000 jobs. However, rising costs and venue closures have threatened the industry’s sustainability. Festival organizers are urging brands to sponsor the event, with sponsorship packages starting at $4,500, offering companies a chance to engage with consumers through activations, grassroots marketing, and custom integrations.
