Bad Bunny to Headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show
Global superstar makes history as the first Puerto Rican solo artist to lead the NFL’s biggest stage
TORONTO — Global music phenomenon Bad Bunny will headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on Sunday, February 8, 2026, airing on NBC. The announcement, made jointly by Apple Music, the NFL, and Roc Nation, marks a historic milestone for both Latin music and the Super Bowl stage.
“What I’m feeling goes beyond myself. It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown… this is for my people, my culture, and our history,” said Bad Bunny in a statement. “Tell your grandmother — we’re the Super Bowl Halftime Show.”
Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, founder of Roc Nation, praised the artist’s global influence:
“What Benito has done and continues to do for Puerto Rico is truly inspiring. We are honored to have him on the world’s biggest stage.”
The performance will continue the NFL’s partnership with Apple Music and Roc Nation — a collaboration that has transformed the halftime show into one of the most anticipated cultural moments of the year.
Jon Barker, SVP of Global Event Production for the NFL, highlighted Bad Bunny’s universal appeal:
“As one of the most influential and streamed artists in the world, his ability to bridge genres, languages, and audiences makes him a natural choice. Fans can expect an unforgettable performance.”
Apple Music’s Vice President of Music, Sports and Beats, Oliver Schusser, added:
“Few artists embody the intersection of music and culture more perfectly and authentically than Bad Bunny. His music has elevated Latin culture to the center of global pop, and we’re thrilled to deliver this historic performance to millions of fans worldwide.”
